Anyone ever fit 6X9's in the back door where stock speakers were?

Anyone ever fit 6X9's in the back door where stock speakers were?
Wondering if stock hole could be bored out a bit to fit a 6x9 speaker??
If the hole can be done do you think there is enough room in the door to fit the speaker...like what I mean is the speaker might sit deeper in the door...will it bottom out?

Probably wouldn't fit in the speaker housing on the back of the panel...
...and, are they component 6x9 speakers? It's meant to be a tweeter (high) and mid (low)...?
