After going through the accepted steps I have verified that the brake booster on my 1990 80 is bad. Now to get the damn thing out... the three bolts inside on the firewall are basically inaccessible... well the top left one is, at least as far as I can figure. Any body have any ideas or maybe you have done this in the past and have some insight?
Thanks a bunch...

I took one out of a fwd audi 80 in the salvage yard once. The 3 bolts on the inside are difficult to get to, but all i had with me was a 3/8 sock wrench, a rail of sockets and some extensions and i was able to do it. Also have to disconnect the push rod from the top of the pedal cluster.
If i did it in a salvage yard, it's got to be possible in your garage. good luck with it.
