anyone got a writeup or just some tips for doing valve stem seals on a 7A?

There's really not much to it.
Remove intake manifold.
Remove valve cover.
Remove cams (consider doing timing belt at the same time).
Remove lifters.
Use either compressed air or the rope trick to hold the valves shut and change the seals one cylinder at a time.
