As embarrasing as this might sound, I have no idea what the whole torrent thing is all about.
Please enlighten me though! Also, I'm looking for the version that includes S2's and RS2's.

simple...
like any peer-to-peer network, torrents are split up into small pieced that you download from other people.
Use a program like Azureus to download the files... use a torrent search like mininova.org or isohunt.com to find the actual torrent files.
Once you play around with it a bit, you'll get it.
As for the S2/RS2 support... no idea about that... i'm re-downloading now... lost it when I formatted my computer.
