Always loosen the 'Fill' plug (on the drivers side, near the CV joint) first. Make sure you can get it out before draining the transmission!
Either on a hoist, or jacked up so the car is level...
Loosen the fill plug,
Loosen the drain plug, place a pail under, and remove the plug.
Allow it to drain, replace the fill plug, torque to spec in Bentley. Fill in the fill hole... it's a pain to get in there, you might want to use an oil pump, or a piece of hose.
Search the forum for oil spec's. I recommend Motul MotylGear 75W90.
