anyone know what the wire is attached to the clip that holds up the sun visor? (more)
i was not expecting any wires there. but there is a wire attached to the metal clip inside the plastic clip (part # 443857562A). Anyone know what this wire goes to? is it ok for me to cut it?

Its what gives power to your lighted vanity mirrors in your visor...
cutting it is your own decision. You can always just unplug it. The wire is the power and the metal part of the retaining clip (other side) is the ground. When it has been pulled down and the mirror opens, together it turns it on!
