Default Anyone seen this problem before?

I completely went through the brake system last year, new pads, rotors etc. etc. so I'm pretty sure everything is OK. Might have to research the bomb though. Anyhooo....the 'BRAKE' warning light on the dash is on. It will go off sometimes, like when I'm going 75 mph or so. I discovered yesterday that it will also go off when I honk the horn. It will stay off as the horn is being honked and come on immediately when the horn is released. I'm guessing I have a short somewhere. Anyone else ever see this?
Thanks,
Bryan

Default Hmm, IIRC there is a sender on the master cylinder...look for those two wires being shorted...

...try disconnecting them and see if that keeps the alarm from going off. (?)

I looked and they don't seem to be shorted out. I guess I should just disconnect and see if it changes. Also, the brake light doesn't come on right after starting sometimes. It will come on after driving for about 5 to 10 minutes. It's probably something simple but I usually like to exhaust all other difficult possibilities before proceeding down a logical course. It's more frustrating and time consuming and apparently I wouldn't have it any other way .
Thanks for the tip,
Bryan
