I agree. It would seem that using a small lathe and aluminum rod that you could make your own. And also finding the correct O-ring sizes.
I suppose that if you had the measurements and took them to a machine shop to fabricate, it could end up costing nearly as much as the 034 parts.

I got my off ebay from the German company Epytec a long time ago shipping isn't cheap but they are still less than 034's https://www.ebay.com/itm/22258033255...1&isGTR=1#shId
