Anyone used Autohaus Arizona?

I was considering it, but I dont like the fact you cant reach them by phone....
I have learned a lesson not to trust parts supplyers that communicate only by e-mail. I am not saying they are not good, just think about what happens if you dont know what is going on with your order and nobody answers your e-mails . Been there but with different supplyer

I've done once, wouldn't again....
Got about $500 in parts from them, including a bunch of engine rebuild parts. First off, it took 8 days to get here (Taylor Auto takes 3 days, at the most, and they were free). Sent me the wrong bushings (website was misleading), my head gasket kit was bent and taped up, some of the boxes were dirty, and worst of all...their piston ring 'set' included one box of completely incorrect rings and the rest of the boxes had been opened, the paper things inside those were dirty and torn, and two boxes of rings had broken rings. It was an even bigger pain since I couldn't get ahold of anyone to bitch to!

Yeah right and every time you get an answering machine. I hate leaving messages. I need to talk ....
to someone. Moreover, I left them message 4 times and never got response. So good luck with them, but no thank you.
