I'm familiar with this "bedding" of women, but not brake pads.

Its doing several stops from speed in order to get the pads to start wearing correctly.

Default find a rotor friendly pad
some pads are too hard for their own good and wear the rotor instead of themselves. most good name brand pads like pagid,pbr,mintex are fairly nice to the rotors.
