Audi 80 B4 (2.3 NG) stalling issues

So yesterday I ran my fuel tank empty since my fuel gauge likes to give a more "approximate" reading instead of the actual fuel amount. After filling in a few liters into it and starting up, the idle is horribly unstable and giving it any gas makes the RPM's drop and the engine almost stall.
The car has an LPG system installed too, so after the engine warms up in its rough idle, switching to LPG makes the engine run fine. Fuel pump is sounding fine and the intake rubber before the throttle body is leak free. This is my first car that I'm working on myself so simpler explanations are welcome.
