Audi 90 stalls in park or neutral

If you searched for "Clean ISV" you would have found what to clean it with
Some recommend Carb Cleaner, some like Brake Cleaner. WD-40 is a solvent, but not the same thing. It's probably too late, but be sure the ISV is dried out before you put it back on.
BTW, the hole you found is probably why your car will not idle. It cannot maintain the proper fuel-air mixture with that big of a hole in a vacuum line.

Yes, I did search. The link I gave mentioned carb cleaner, but the man used WD-40 anyway, so I did too, since I had some. Also the carb cleaner came up elsewhere. What did not come up, is how to clean it, well atleast not too many details came up. But I guess the idea is to stray some inside and keep rinsing it. And on the contacts.
My ISV looked in very good shape though, almost new. The hole was also fixed. But I still have the same problem. Should I try to clean it again, with carb cleaner? Do you any other ideas what it could be?
I did not let the ISV dry out very good, probably. It dried, with the holes facing downward, for maybe an hour or two.
