Default Audi 90s Computer

I was just curious if there was a difference between the audi 90 v6 ecu and the audi 90s ecu for the 2.8 v6. I don't know if there is any power difference or if "sport" was just a style option. Anybody know?

There were three major revisions of the 2.8l 12v engine:
•The AAH V6 was the first 12v engine.
•The AFC version had several modifications to the running gear and lubrication system. See the Features section for more details.
•The ACK version added OBD-II support.

A few pages past where varia refers is a good general discription of the different ecu's. http://www.12v.org/engine/index.php?section=hw and scroll down. If you connect a vag-com and do a scan, it will display the ecu part number. Short of looking at the ecu directly, that is a good way to confirm what ecu you have. Hope that helps some.
