Auto Climate Control blinks on and off when car sits over night in very cold weather...

Any thoughts? It stops blinking after the car warms up a little. While it's blinking, the system is essentially disabled. Outside temperature display (in the cluster) doesn't display anything and I can't turn the fans on.

As far as checking codes? Yeah, which is how I know one of my flap controller motors is bad. It...

doesn't report anything else wrong though.
