Autocheck on 91 90Qsedan acting weird

Autocheck on 91 90Qsedan acting weird
when I turn my headlights on the Autocheck flashes OK every ten seconds or so but when I pull up the handbrake handle it goes off. Is there something thats sensitive to voltage in the cluster?
