Colorado wheel has them, don't know the $$. Check out Livi's picture poster. He used to have them on his CQ. There is also a picture of a cabrio with the type A. I have it at home, but not here at work.

They are one of my favorites.

Default I think this comes close to the Type A .. 16"s only though.
