Bang 3 problems all at once. What could've possibly gone wrong?

Bang 3 problems all at once. What could've possibly gone wrong?
1.Seat belt icon on instrument cluster intermittently flashing. The seat belt icon on my instrument cluster flashes intermittently. I wiggled the seat belts in the IN position; also reinserted seat belts securely but Im still getting the flashing seatbelt on the instrument cluster. What could've possibly gone wrong?
2.Car has hiccups...hesitates. Just an early observation: hesitation is more pronounced when stepping on the gas at low rpm (on 2-4 gears).
3.Im blowing fuse # 4 one after another instantly and the fuse is not even all the way in yet. Fuse#4 is for interior light, radio,etc.
I'd like to think these problems are all tied up to one another in some way.
