Default Battery Drain Possible window/sunroof??

My 1995 90s has had a battery drain since the day i got it. Usually the battery goes dead in about 3 days if its fully charged. I recently spoke with a audi mechanic and he said i should check the central locking module since my door locks didnt seem to work. I unpluged it. Waited a couple of days and battery went dead again. I then realized that the sunroof and the windows all had power. The door lock switch activates the alarm system but not the locks. Is there something I should be checking or should i pull the window relay and replace that. I don't want to just throw random parts at it . Any suggestions???

you might check the vac pump for central locks, assuming thats whats used in yours, it might not be shutting off, check the pump and all vac lines coming from it but yes it may also be the relay, or a short under your dash or the ignition switch, also, try opening the passenger side front door after you shut the car off....thats what kills the window power in mine.. find that a little strange still, id think the driver side door would do it, but nope, only front passenger door

Default ignition switch

It can cause weird electrical issues. Has it ever been changed?

Ha Ha! after a year of fighting with it finally, I figured it out. So I got under the dash on the drivers side and went to look at the relays. When i got in there I found a side connector that someone installed. So i checked to see if it had power before i removed it. It did with the ignition off. I removed the connector, And the power to the windows went away. I then checked the relay and it turned out the relay is bad. Sooo someone got in there and instead of replacing the relay just bypassed it the hot lead going into the relay -the red wire with black stripe. So off to the auto parts store to get a new relay. Thanks all for the info!
