So I bought two cans of BG44K - one for my A4 and one for my daughters Audi 90. This stuff is not commonly sold at Autoparts places - I get mine from either the Audi dealership or the Audi repair shop (locally owned) for ~ US$21
I felt I could tell the difference in my car - within a few miles of driving. But was this a physiological effect or not??? But my car always seems to run better after I wash and wax it too![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
So I did not tell my daughter that I put a can in her car or mine.
Yesterday as she was washing her car and checking the oil and tires she says to me. "Did you put anything in my car?" I asked why. She said it was running much better than usual. So I confided that I had put a can of BG44K in.

BG Company

This is good stuff, has been around for awhile, I have used it in my Motorcycle and in my Scout for years. I know Grease Monkey (hey you don't have to get your oil changed there to buy it), Napa and a few other stores do carry it, just make some calls.
There have been debates on it because it is very powerful stuff. I have always been hesitant to use it on newer systems, but I think the experiences here on AW and on RMCB5.com have proven over the years that it seems to be safe to use on modern systems as long as you follow the directions and don't over use.
It does a great job cleaning out the fuel system.

Regane works...not harmful, but a powerful cleaner.
