Cabbie owners: Discovered water in front passenger footwell after heavy rain on Sat.
Any suggestions, I had cleaned the A/C drain cowl just two weeks ago. Any suggestions?

There's a drain tube that runs down the length of the windshield frame. Seeds, leaves, spiders, etc will work their way down in there, similar to what happens to cars with sunroofs.
