So I decided to punch in the dimensions of the Cabriolet rear spring to get a round about idea of what the stock rate is.
G = 11500000 = Modulus of Elasticity (psi)
d = 1/2 inch = Coil Diameter
N = 9 = Number of Coil Windings (does not include first and last)
D = 3.375 = OD - d
OD = 3.875 = Outside Diameter of the spring
ID = 2.875 = D-d = Inside diameter of the spring
K = 260 lbs = Spring Rate for a stock Cabriolet
Once again this is an approximation, but it puts us in the Ballpark<ul><li><a href="http://www.swayaway.com/calculators/swayawayCalc.php#step10">Swayaway</a></li></ul>
