Remember you were telling us about your AC mechanic stuffing rags around the condensor n radiator and bringing the temp and pressure way down as a result?
As I recall way way back in my mind, there was once some dense foam-like material sealing the edges aroudn the radiator n condensor. Something like maybe 1" x 1" x 12-14" long with cutouts for lines and attachments, etc.
Any idea where to find some of that stuff... OR did your AC guy recommend what to use where he had stuffed rags?
Ordinary foam would quickly crumble from the heat. Lots of plastics would melt. So, it must be some special "Audi-foam-stuff"...?
