Not sure, but usual suspects are leaky injectors or bad fuel pump check valve.

Check to see if your 7A has a few extra nipples on the back of the valve cover...

One of my 7A valve covers did, and the cap ripped open and caused one helluva hot start problem and a power loss when warm/hot.

I do have a small vacuum leak I haven't taken care of back there...
