Then you would need 5 lug brake rotors.

Then 5 lug wheels.

5 lug brake rotors are not needed, just re-drill stock rotors to 5x112.

So who's gonna do the drilling, and at what cost? Hub back-spacing identical?

Yes, the clamping force of the lugs on he wheels to rotor to hubs is plenty to keep things safe.
