Default Can you run a quattro with out center propeller shaft?

Can you drive a Quattro without center propeller shaft for diagnosis purposes?

I know people that have. Can't imagine how it would hurt anything.

Default only first generation quattro

with a locking center differential.

The 80/90 series (gen2) will go nowhere without all four axles and the center driveshaft installed.

Doing that right now with the 5kq until I get the proper carrier bearing...
