i just crawled under the 90 to check the rear CA bushings but was really hard to see much. I'm replacing all the suspension parts next weekend including the front CA bushings, just wondering if i should do the rears, any way to test/inspect them?

no matter where that bushing is located or what job/function it serves.
Even if you cant move a bushing by hand with tires off ground is no indication that benefit cant be gained by replacement. All that points out is that the bushing hasnt failed catastrophically or completely. The car can exert tens of thousands of pounds deflection against that bushing at even 20 miles an hour in an abrupt 90* turn. The most you can deflect by hand is a couple hundred pounds.
It all comes down to "needs/wants." My car has only thrice in 3 years of ownership ever "needed" something. But I've wanted a LOT more than my car has needed.
If you're gonna be a dog, why "choose" Chihuahua!?!
