Can't Seem to Remove Fog Light...Please Help

My fog lights will not turn on anymore. I believe the fuse and relay are okay because the back fog goes on and so do the lights interior on the dash for both front and front+back. So I reduced it down to bad fog light bulbs but I can't seem to get the fog lights off or out to replace the bulb. From what I read, there is suppose the be two screws lateraly next to each fog light assembly. Well I only see one looking at the vehicle anterior. When I try to unscrew the one, nothing happens. Any Suggestions?

Re: Rip them out and replace with upgrades.
Well I was hoping to keep originality more than anything. And I was hpoing for not to "rip" em out. Does anyone know a clean way to replace the bulbs, i.e unscrewing the thing out?
