for free? does dealer replaces it with no problems, or they usually dont want to do recal repairs?

A federal Law states....

Vehicles 1995 and newer must pass emissions for 8yrs/80K miles....or the manufacturer has to fix the problem (free of charge).

My car is a '95...blown cats don't pass emissions...free fix.

My drivers side cat went at 60K miles. The passenger side cat went at 66K miles.
