Sure you can, Digifant injector inserts drop into the CIS head once you remove the CIS inserts...
How do you think guys put EFI injectors into 10v heads and run MS, VEMS or 034EFI?

Someone do a bit of a writeup on this?
If it's a viable option for replacing CIS as opposed to say an 034, there might be some interest in it.
My friend with a 4k, is going through thos right now. He's chosen to do a homebrew swap with another guy doing the programming on a homebuilt ECU.
This sounds like it might be an interesting option.
