..and I am nearing that conclusion. The CQ gets a body massage and new paint next summer while the 4K is the daily driver.
It has been about 5 years of project work swapping off on both cars in hunting down the OEM parts and the wrench turning tasks. I still have a few little dicky things to do but both are around 95% complete now.
Overall it has been worth it because for the price of a new Jetta, I have two rare and exotic Audis.
My wife and chief financial officer says my next project I have to sell to get my cash flow back. She's right I know, but I hate parting with my project cars.
I am looking at an 84 Mercedes 500 SEC AMG with a hooped motor as the next project. We'll see if it stays after completion....
