clear corner question

i just put my clear corners in today, and i was just wondering 'bout the legalities of running clear lenses with clear bulbs... am i gonna get pulled over for it? is it a state law type thing? i'm in minnesota, if anybody has any help that'd be great

...up front, I'm sure you'll be fine. Proper is an amber bulb. You can buy two of them at your FLAPS or even WalMart for a dollar or two.
If you want to go the exotic route, you could even get a SilverStar turn signal bulb! (More than a few $$)

Thgat way it doesnt look like an egg (clear lenses orange bulb). Or you can just paint your orange bulb with thin silver nail polish...

I went from the stock clear bulbs in the my clear side markers, which sucked! To PIAA Xtreme whites, which were a bit on the blaring bright side and made me self consious about getting pulled over (never did happen), to the Sylvania Silvertar's which are perfect. They have a silver/rainbow dichroic coating on the bulbs that makes them blend in well with the clear side corners when off and are amber when on. The best of both worlds. IMHO anyway...

...or go to blue bulbs. Either looks tacky IMO. If you like it, more power.
