Let me update you all on the history of this.
When I purchased the car it had a horrible vibration, or chatter when starting out or shifting down, the clutch was very stiff and had a heavy vibration to it as well.
I purchased a brand new factory quality clutch kit (clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing) and having no garage currently, had a shop put it in for me.
The clutch was silky smooth, light and perfect for awhile. But then after about 3 weeks, I started to feel the slightest "tickle" in the clutch pedal. It worried me slightly, but I didn't think too much of it.
Now, almost 2 months later, the clutch throw is quite stiff compared to before. You can feel the "rotation" while you push the pedal in and out, you feel it moreso the faster you are reving at the time of the shift.
What is going on here? I'm am not in any way abusive to my clutch, I've driven nothing but manuals all my life, I don't ride the clutch or drop it. Just normal use. Why does it seem that everything is gradually going back to the way it was when I first bought the car?
It still does not effect the actual shifts or starting out like it did before the replacement, but I'm scared that it may get to that point.
Any ideas?

They do seem to get "stiffer" as they break in. That might be what you are referring to. Otherwise I would go with Miktip's advice and have your clutch cylinders checked out. I know when I replaced the ones in my 90 the pedal got really nice and smoothe!

Yes, I've thought of that. Where are they located? I thought I might bleed the system as well.
How do you go about bleeding the clutch and where are the slave and master located?
