My cq is my first stick car so this question could be dumb.
Driving my buddys sti his clutch disengages right off the floor. where mine is almost all the way out to engage.
I was woundering since my car is old and i think it could be the stock clutch. If i replace it with a new one or upgrade it with a 034 clutch would it make a diffrence or is it just the way the car is set up?
again noob question dont flame me..

Since its your first car, I assume u want to save money, so like the other poster says you could try to bleed the clutch system first. The bleeding dibble is on the transmission, and the process is similar to bleeding brakes.
My clutch feel improved a lot with a new clutch master cylinder.
