Audi-90sGuy

I looked at the bolts on the control arm and it seems that they may be tough to get to. Has anyone done this replacement of the bushings on the control arm? My bentley cd is out of commission for a shot time(computer crash) and any help would be appreciated. Thanks

To get my control arm bushings and tie rod ends done at the same time, it cost me 275$ which wasnt bad compared to how time consuming everyone made the work out to be. Also, do a search before you post new threads, it has been covered many times.

All u need is a socket and a wrench:-) its not easy but its doable with just a socket and a wrench

How would he press in the bushings w/ only a socket & wrench?

As for the pressing in and out part being easy, I can tell that you have obviously never done them before. Not very easy!!!!

How? I was having trouble pressing in trailing arm bushings, should be same concept.
