Im looking at my coolant overflow tank and its below min. What kind of coolant goes in there? Ive got some Toyota brand coolant and some Cimcool laying around. Thanks!

Most green coolant is okay. Just check labels. Must be okay for "european" cars, aluminum, etc.
Just be aware you should do a flush/cleaner in the system before switching from one color to another. I believe Prestone makes a cleaner.

If you have pink/red, don't put in green. As likely as not it's G12, the newer VW/Audi coolant. The original coolant was blue, I believe, so someone has changed it already, and changing from the old vw/audi G11 to G12 may have seemed like an upgrade to a previous owner. There are other red coolants, IIRC, so it's hard to be certain what it is.
If you're going to flush it, rinse it and put in new coolant, it doesn't matter much as long as you use quality coolant. Adding coolant to a system filled with unknown coolant is much more dicey.
If it was me, I'd start planning for a flush/change to new coolant, and in the mean time, I'd probably just add a little distilled water. It's compatible with everything. You should be able to check the freeze point with a tester for ethylene glycol-based coolant (assuming it's G12), to make sure it didn't get too diluted.
