Default Could one shot catalytic converter decrease performance significantly?

Just wondering about this, don't know too much in the area (backpressure change, etc?).

Default For sure

Back pressure for one. Also if it isn't catalysing correctly then the O2 sensor is not going to see the proper ratio of unburnt gasses and that will affect your mixture and timing.
