Default couldnt pass emissions need help ....!!!!
hey i just got back from the emissions place and it say i have carbon and unused fuel so the number are slightly off then regulations so i was wondering is there anything i can buy anything at the store that can help clean it out also i just noticed my airfilter was really dirty so i was thinking to pick up a k&n filter

Default Don't use K&N's. Use OEM air filter and check your O2 sensor. ALSO
check the blink codes for any errors.

run a tank for fuel system cleaner and change AF. paper element is fine.

when was the last time you put in a new O2 sensor?

cuz if your over oil the K&N it can ruin your MAF

Default new plugs, oil changed, drive it HARD to get everything hot (do before the oil change),
a new o2 sensor can do wonders as well.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Default K&Ns are crap
they pass a lot of particulate, and are much more expensive. So, worse filtering, higher cost. If the HP were actually higher, don't you suppose the manufacturers would be after this free HP?
