It's not Blake, he's done nothing wrong. But I'm sure in due time, others will come out against Ben, I guess I'll keep my mouth shut in the mean time, and let people make their own mistakes . . .

A few have already regretted dealing with him.

But what I really don't understand is how everyone is cool with Ben's shill posts from his "customers". Quattrospeed.com this, quattrospeed.com that . . .

Default The thing is, Emre tried taking it up with me and totally got shutdown on AIM.

He has no reason to be mad at Ben, and he knows it. As for me, I just really hate lowlifes that have nothing else better to do that to hate on people for no reason. Just my .02$

and why shouldnt I post and say that once again I am satisfied with the parts that I have recieved from Ben and give him put ups for his great service that supposedly you say he doesnt have. Stop dissing Ben and Quattrospeed if you havent done business with him or know what its all about.

Default naw, that's fair Blake. me personally, I haven't had a bad experience with either...

and I even DROVE down to pickup my stuff... didn't get to meet Ben (planned to but things didn't work out) but my lights were sitting there out where I could get 'em, nobody gave me sh*t about taking them, and Ben even let me do it BEFORE he got my cheque. Now comeon ppl, lets be realistic, do you think most sales/business people would "sell" their product and have the customer walk out the door with it on such a sketchy deal as "my money is in the mail. don't worry, it'll get to you eventually. the cheque won't bounce. etc etc"

that was a very brave thing for Ben to do... so I have respect for him in that way. And like everyone else in the 80/90/CQ aftermarket parts business, everything is SLOW. takes time to accomplish just about every deal, so if people are bustin' Ben's *** for that reason, then they should get a reality check & visit some other tuners. About the only "fast" one I know of is Europrice, but I think that's because Alex works extremely hard, has very good contacts in Germany, and 100% of the time does things ASAP.

so yea, there's my 2˘. now we have 4˘, anyone care to make it 6˘?

Well I'm not happy over the CF hood deal and it has nothing to do with the wait.

Customer service is just that, having to email him every couple of weeks to find out what's up isn't cool. Even worse when you don't get a straight answer. Having the price change after making first payment, having my shipping charge come in 35 dollars higher than quoted, Missing the delivery because notification was less than 45 minutes and that was after emailing him twice a week for a month for tracking info! These things do not add up to great service. (Ben needs to get these things straightened out)
