I'm getting a local shop to do my exhaust. The guy seemed pretty knowledgeable, quality oriented and honest -- he made some sense. I could get a Brullen custom made for me or I could get a Stebro. These would both cost me more once I add in aftermarket free flow cats than what the local shop is going to charge and I have to wait for shipping and then get it all installed. This shop is going to do everything for 500, including cats (I am buying a magnaflow with DTM tips for 165 at Lordco) so Im looking at a total of under 800 CDN. I think that's pretty good. It's going to be a 2.5" system and it will be aluminized, not stainless (except for the muffler itself which is polished stainless).
So it should be pretty light and if I have to replace it in a few years, so be it. The cats will be dynamax I believe and a bottle resonator will be used.

Any thoughts, comments or caveats?
