Default Damn Coolant Light.

Well I tried shorting the two pins of the connector going to the level sensor in the coolant tank but there was unfortunately no change in the status of the coolant light.

There must be something else in the car which can also trigger this damn light. I am thinking there must be a thermoswitch or some such device on the rad or something. Is starting to **** me off now though.

Any ideas?

Kevin

Default You really "need" the Bentley manual ;O)

Testing all associated senders for the light are covered within the manual.

Yes I do. :-)

But since I do not have one I was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. If not then I will have to live with it for now. But it is rather annoying all the same.
