Default Did I just find a vaccuum leak?

I loosened the side ISV hose that meets the throttle body to stick it into the Seafoam bottle to rev it and suck it up till the engine stalled, but as it was running I noticed a tiny opening between the bottom of the air intake boot and the fuel distributor that was spitting out the fumes, shouldn't that be plugged?

isn't that for adjusting CO?

what could I use to plug it around the house?

It's a very small vacuum leak. I used butyl tape.
