Does anybody have an intake boot for a 20V?

No. too much oil and blowby solids. Sould be a "lined" silicone for oil/vapor transmission
tho people have done it. Its just a spendy method with no pay-off other than bragging rights. Buna N or standard rubber heater hose works just fine and is dirt cheap.

Riiiiiight...
Covering his cost of materials, certainly. But there is NO way that AA is covering the overhead/time of all his equipment. In fact, I'm pretty sure he said so not too long ago on the 12v forum.
I suspect that AA is far more a hobby business then you think.
Regardless, there is no way he's making a killing.

Yeah, I mean't killing more along the lines of....
No one else makes them other than OE audi. So if a cheaper alternative was available in silicone, you'd see alot of people switch over. If the price was right - they'd make money.

There are two other key connecting points on the 20v boot too though...
the one that connects the ISV which is visible in the picture that needs to be on the boot, and the one underneath that is not visible. One is just a hole and one is and extention. We would have to probably custom make these, that is why no one has done it.

I've been pestering people around here to try the swap...
...ever since I realized 20Vs have the same 4-wire MAF that I swapped out of my 12V. OK, it hasn't been very long, but I'm very anxious to see how well it works.
