I used it back when I had my 2000 Honda Civic....seemed smoother, but I doubt HP went up at all.

Default Not with just changing the engine oil. Maybe if you change the oil in the diffs too

What does the fine print say? Are they cliaming that gain for just engine oil? You can get gains like that by changing all the diff oils to a high quality synthetic along with the engine oil. The reduction in friction can really add up. Fuel efficiency will go up too.
