If these symptoms sound like a bad thermostat, I'm planning on attacking it this weekend. I've got a thermostat ready to go.

-When it's cool outside (<70deg), the temperature indicator never gets above the cool marks (9:30 postion).
-When it's a little cooler, say below 60, the check engine light comes on after about 15 minutes
-The heater doesn't feel like the normal burn the skin off your leg temperature - it's warm, but not HOT like it used to be
-No problem during the summer (I'm in Florida!), just when it cools down
-Car runs fine

All belts and water pump have only 40k on them, so I'm not touching 'em. Planning on marking the timing belt (white out method) and trying to change the thermostat with the belt on.

Sound like a thermostat?

What other parts should I have going in, besides the thermostat, O-ring, and anti-freeze (blue-green kind)?
