Default Does this sound like an ignition switch issue?

Trying to fix a relatively new problem with the car (91 90q20v). Heres what's happening

- Occaisionally, the car will not start. Turning the key to the ignition position powers up the headlights, but none of the "idiot" lights on the dash. The headlights turn on, and the car will crank but not start. If you remove the key and try starting it again, it will eventually start up just fine.

- Sometimes when driving the car will stumble and the dash lights will blink on and the Autocheck system will display "OK". Its almost as if the car powered down and then right back up again really quickly. Sometimes it will do the above but then stall right out.

I'm thinking it's time to replace the ignition switch. Does that sound about right?

Thanks.
