Dear all,
I have been searching the forum for how to tighten a loose seat but could only find a post on how to remove the seat. Not sure this procedure will help, I can see where the play is between the tracks and the bolts but cannot see where to tighten the bolts? Thanks for the help!

one of the white pieces of plastic that mates to the metal seat mount and makes the seat mount sit snug in the slide rail is loose, fell out.
pop her back in there, your good to go

Here's a link to a right-up and a half on seat repair of many sorts where you will find a larger version of this photo of the part Luxus is refering to. Thank you John Davies. See the white plastic glide partially hidden by the removed grey cover at bottom centre of photo.
Sometimes these glides are also found broken or worn especially if the steel tracks have ever been, wait for it, rusty! What, that never happens does it?

Thank you so much for all your replies guys! I had time to look into it today and found that I am missing a white plastic sleeve on the Drivers'side which is in place on the passenger's side. I looked everywhere under the seat but no sign of this missing piece. Is there a way I can order it?
Thanks in advance

First of all, thank you all for the very informative replies. the white plastic part is missing on the driver's side but I can see it on the passengers side...So now where do I buy a new one, can I even do that or wait for a car to go to the crusher and scavenge it?
