that you bang on over the outer part of the bolt that work well. I also use heat and a hammer and sharp chisel on the shoulder of the bolt. Bang the chisel straight into the bolt shoulder until you've created a groove, then bang on it counterclockwise. hth.

Good hot localized heat on the ends of the bolts/flange. The threads are coated in Loctite red... which will break down if heated.
Get in there with a torch and try to heat up the end of the bolt.
Worst case... you can grind flats on the outside of the head, and grab that with vice grips.
I've had to do that.. it's no fun, but it works, especially if you can get some grip with the 6-point allen key, some grip with the vice grips, and have heated the ****.

Cut off the head of the offender with a cutoff wheel. Once the drive flange is clear I use vise-grips to remove the threaded portion. Due to the fact there is a bit of shaft left, there is always plenty to grab with the vise-grips.
I hate doing this, and it has taught me to be most careful about seating the triple-square or allen wrench into the bolt. aI clean the holes, and tap the wrench in to ensure full engagement. I am also very wary about using air tools on them, same reason. I have worn a path to my local Sears to ensure my 6 mm allen wrenches are in great condition.
