My front rotors are pretty shot but i got some SR performance (I think thats it, I don't have them around right now) with the car when I bought it. They are cross drilled and I know that they are prone to cracking/shattering. If this happens whats gona get damaged if anything. I was wondering if it was a bad idea to thow these on till I do a brake upgrade. Any impute is appriciated
Thanks

If you aren't tracking or doing panic stops for fun, you should be fine for the street for as long as they last. I don't think you'll break anything that wouldn't otherwise get replaced in an upgrade. Always replace pads/rotors at the same time and do a proper bedding to increase performance and longevity.

I've run x-drilled front and rear rotors from ebay. Ran them on a TSD rally beater... drove hard, cooked the brakes many times, smoking, red hot, etc. Never an issue.
