Default engine problem, Not ISV

well i cleaned my ISV and unfortunately it wasn't the problem. the engine will run and idle fine for about 5 minutes, then the RPM's will drop and unless i constantly give it gas it will die. Sometimes when i give it gas there is a popping noise from within the engine. Can anybody help?

my car sat all summer, and it ran fine before, so i would assume it is related to that.

Default wiggle it gently a bit

the little tube that connects to it on the bottom (there are 3 connections) breaks also. Did it on mine.
