Default Exhaust clamps and rust...

Both of the clamps on my stock exhaust have rusted completely through, all 4 clamps, creating a rattling sound at about 3000rpm.

What size clamp do i need for a stock exhaust, or is it universal? Why not made of stainless, like the rest of the exhaust?

Default Road rash on the hood/front bumper/fenders and lower panels of the doors...

...Thanks to CDOT and their rocky sand. Windshields are a commonly replaced item as well. Things tend to dry out (rubber hoses and such) and creak/squeak after a while. But...no rust, no flood damage (i'm sure it COULD happen).
